Big plans for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles

For the second year running, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles have asked us to pull together all their plans for the 12 months ahead into one bible for its Van Centre network.

The plan covers strategies for marketing, aftersales, fleet and used vehicles. We’ve worked with the entire team at head office as well as gathering input and opinion from the Van Centre network itself.

Crucially, the end product communicates in a straight-talking language that the network will engage with and respond to.

The plan forms the foundation of a whole suite of network communications in 2010, including tactical sales support and product guides to help the network maximise sales from a number of exciting product launches next year.
