Elior are one of the largest contract catering companies in Europe. We repositioned digby trout Restaurants (their premium restaurant brand, which operates at places like the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace and the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford) and reflected this in a new website, brochure, staff communications and conference materials.
