We think it says a lot that BSkyB have chosen to work with us for nearly 15 years.
During this time we have led major acquisition, upgrade and retention campaigns, worked across both DTH (dish) and Cable platforms, launched Pay Per View TV in the UK (remember the Tyson v Bruno World Title fight?) and launched numerous satellite TV Channels (inc Disney Channel).
KLM designed and managed the long-running Focus programme – an integrated communication, training and incentive programme for Sky’s many contact centre staff. Based on a “learn to earn” philosophy and voluntary participation, the programme has been very successful for both Sky and KLM – delivering significantly improved staff performance AND several international awards.
Sky also relies on us to produce The Channel Guide. This ‘bible’ of Sky’s products, services and forthcoming programming is regularly distributed to over 8000 Sky customer facing employees and provides them with all the information they need to deliver excellent sales and customer service to Sky’s 9 million plus consumers.
